How do you get cosmic blue out your hair ?
I Have Cosmic blue in my hair and i want to put pink flashies threw my fringe and at the back but with amount of times i dyed it before just to get it from black to blonde really made my hair weak and the ends broke off i dont want to do the same again HELP ME !!!
it depends, was it a temporary, semi permanent, or permanent?
if it was a temporary or semi permanent color all you would have to do is put a 20 volume developer(peroxide) on the sections that you want to lighten for about 15 min. If that doesn't work completely, you will also need an orange or gold based toner to cancel out the blue tones. All of this could potentially damage your hair more so, personally, I would wait at least 2 weeks, and condition with a protein reconstructor at least 2 times per week so that you give your hair a chance to recover.
