How to transfer photos Nokia N95 mobile phone to the computer?

Photos that people send to my phone, my voicemail, How can I transfer to computer? When I use the Nokia PC Suite detects and transfers only the photos I've taken with the phone.

open the message and then save the image to the phone - is saved in the same place as all photos I pc suite should now be able to detect your phone.
