What is the best PDA cell phone with GPS navigation?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a PDA phone instead of buying a GPS device, so that anyone can tell me which one or which module is best for me in sight? I also want some extras like the camera, wifi, etc ... (I'm using T-Mobile right now) Thanks. Best RGD. Or better compatible with the GPS receiver and software. Thank you.

That would be the Nokia N95, just to wait until March when the release for sale. It may be a little pricy but worth it has lotsa features incredible. If you need Pocket PC GPS is your toy!
